Permanent Income for the Clinic

Child Need Africa has compiled a list of five houses in the vicinity of Kampala that are eligible as income sources for the clinic. They researched the sellers, estimated the renovation costs, and compared them to the expected rent they could ask. One of the houses serves as guideline for this need because it stood out as being particularly advantageous.

It is possible that by the time the fundraising is completed the favored house will have been sold. Then Child Need Africa has to find a house of approximately equal value at an equal or lesser price. To give them a small degree of leeway in this search, we opted for a 20% security margin for the project. Possible donations in excess of the final price will go toward the renovations.
